Who we are

This website and the inquiries sent through it are operated by Ondori Inc (“Ondori”, “we”). For any privacy question, email hello@ondori.ai.

What we collect

Contact inquiries: your name, work email, organization, and an optional message.

Discovery call requests: your name, work email, organization, optional role, your preferred call times, optional notes, and, if you generated one, your AI implementation brief.

To prevent abuse we keep a one-way scrambled code derived from your network address to limit repeat submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry.

Please don’t include confidential purchasing records, supplier terms, customer information, or sensitive personal details.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and arrange a conversation. When you submit, we receive an email notification with your details. We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your information, or create an account for you.

Implementation brief tool: we save what you type (optional work email, organization, role, network, systems, and needs) and the brief generated for you, so our team can understand interest and follow up. What you type is also sent to an AI model to write the brief.

Where it’s stored and who processes it

Submissions are stored in our secure cloud database, readable only by authorized Ondori staff. Our website hosting, database, and email delivery run on providers acting on our behalf, including Lovable, which hosts the site and backend. Notifications are delivered to our team mailbox.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and call requests are automatically deleted 12 months after they are submitted. Copies in our email inbox are removed on the same schedule. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email hello@ondori.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject, and we will respond promptly.

We may update this notice. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
