Launching 2027Now signing GPOs

Let’s talk

Put network intelligence to work

Start with one intelligent workflow. Build from its results.

Our planned approach starts with work your members and suppliers have a reason to return to. Evaluate one complete workflow, then use the experience and evidence to guide what comes next.

Launching in 2027. Signing GPOs now. Request a discovery call to learn about our launch partnerships.

Explore launch partnerships

A conversation about your network.

Bring your priorities and questions. Learn what we’re building for 2027 and discuss how it could fit the way your group, members, and suppliers work together.

Start with an overview

A GPO leader or operations lead can start the conversation. You do not need to prepare a technical specification or share confidential records to learn about launch partnerships.

  • 01
    Where is the opportunity?

Member participation, supplier programs, purchasing visibility, or the coordination around everyday work.

  • 02
    Who would find it useful?

The GPO team, members, and suppliers whose work and relationships shape your priorities.

  • 03
    What matters for 2027?

Your current systems, the changes you are considering, and what you want to understand about Ondori’s launch.

THE PLANNED ADOPTION APPROACHFIVE STAGES, WITH A DECISION AT EACH STEP
  1. 01

    Map the context that matters.

A GPO sponsor and operations lead identify the priority, the workflow owner, and the people who would use it. Map the portal, source systems, and information involved, including what must continue throughout a change.

  2. 02

    Choose one intelligent workflow.

Choose a recurring task that matters to the group and its participants: a reporting review, program proposal, or product inquiry. Define what AI prepares, what people decide, and how you will compare the pilot with today’s process.

  3. 03

    Define information and approval boundaries.

System and data owners confirm source quality, rights to use the information, reporting detail, and connection constraints. Define what each role could see and who would approve sharing, changes, and publication.

  4. 04

    Pilot the complete loop.

Ask GPO, member, and supplier participants to complete the agreed workflow. Check source references, approval boundaries, and how missing evidence is handled. Compare relevant measures—such as repeat participation, response time, and completed next steps—with the baseline agreed for the pilot.

  5. 05

    Expand from accepted results.

Review participant feedback and the agreed measures with the GPO sponsor. Resolve gaps before widening the rollout. Broaden capabilities, participants, or connected systems when acceptance and readiness support the next scope.

A boundary for each function

Your systems. A considered transition.

Your existing systems can inform a more intelligent working environment. Define the role, information source, and acceptance criteria for each function before changing it.

CONNECTED

Keep a specialist function.

An existing system continues to perform a function. Approved information can inform the Ondori participant experience where an appropriate connection is feasible.

Depends on the available interface, source information, and rights.
HYBRID

Move selected work.

Some activities move into Ondori while other processes remain in existing systems. The operating boundary is defined around the agreed workflow.

Responsibilities, reconciliation, and change ownership must be explicit.
FUTURE ONDORI-NATIVE

Adopt a mature module.

A selected function may move into an Ondori module when that capability and its migration meet the group’s requirements.

A future option, subject to capability and migration readiness.

Get a tailored implementation brief.

Tell us about your network and what you want to improve. Ondori’s AI drafts a starting brief you can bring to a discovery call.

Your answers and the generated brief are saved by Ondori Inc so our team can follow up, and are deleted after 12 months. They are also sent to an AI model to write the brief. Don’t include confidential information. Website privacy

Looking ahead to adoption

Practical questions.

Can our GPO sign before the 2027 launch?

Yes. Ondori launches in 2027, and we’re signing GPOs now. Request a discovery call to learn about our launch partnerships. Individual scope, access, and timing are discussed directly with each group.

Do we need to replace every existing system?

The proposed approach considers each function separately. Connected and hybrid options can retain specialist systems, subject to the information, rights, and interfaces available. A discovery conversation does not commit the group to a complete migration.

How long would implementation take?

A schedule can be established after the scope, source information, access requirements, and participant needs are understood. Timing depends on those requirements and the maturity of the capabilities in scope.

Which integrations are available?

We assess potential connections against your actual systems and agreed scope. Available interfaces and permission to use the information determine what is feasible.
